Follow these steps!  Best to do face to face!  Make sure YOU take notes!

Ø      Start your recruit interview with FORM if you do not know the person.

Ask questions about Family, Occupation, Recreation (free time and finally you can now give your Message.

Ø     Interview questions to ask...

Sue, what is it that draws you to Tupperware?

o   If you were to get started with Tupperware what do you think your

expectations would be?  What would you want from your business for

            you and your family?

o  Who would be the first 10 people you would share your Tupperware

business with?  Out of those 10 people, who will be yoru first 5 to host

            a party with you?

o  What one or two nights a week can you do your parties?

o  What will you do with the money?

o  Let's not waste any time!  Let's get you started Right Away!

Ø      Make sure you answer some basic questions...How much money can I make? How much time will it take?  How do I get started?  When can I start?

Ø      Close the deal!!!!!!!!  Overcome objections too!

o       Assumptive close:  Let’s go ahead and order your kit and set your Grand Opening date

o       Choice close:  Which kit are we ordering?
