Make the Most of your Tupperware Show/Event!

Remember the main purpose for conducting a Business showcase/event is to build your FUTURE business! You may or may not recoup your cost by selling product on the spot, but you will be meeting your future hosts and team members!!

 Where can I find events?
   o Local Community…newspapers, online,
      Chamber of Commerce
o When you’re out and about!
   o Ask at parties!
 Contact person in charge of the event
o Ask questions...
  > Is someone is already representing
     Tupperware?
  > What's the Cost?
  > How many years has the show been
running?  Is this their 1st year?
  > What's their expected attendance and
     who is their target consumer?
  > What type of marketing support is there?
  > What do they provide...table, chairs,
     electric...?
  > What are the dates & hours?
  > When can you set-up and tear-down?
 BE PREPARED!
o Are you selling product?  If yes…place
your order in plenty of time for show
      date!
o Make your inventory list, price list and
      price tags.  Blank Price Tags
   o Have your display ready…
     - Product to sell or display
     - Business Kit
     - Host Gifts
     - Signs…recruiting, datings, drawings…
       -Business Kit Sign
       -Member Plan Options
       -Kit Options Sign
       -Debt Free Christmas
       -Drawing Sign
   o Have your materials ready
     - Catalogs/flyers-stamped or labeled
     - Lead slips for drawing
     - Contact Me list
     - Party Packets
     - Recruiting flyers/packets
o Set date & time in your datebook to
      FOLLOW-UP!
 At the Show

o Greet Everyone with a smile (DO NOT
      POUNCE!)
   o Ask a question…Have you seen
Tupperware lately, When was the last
time you were at a TW party?…
o Start Clicking! Connect, Listen, Confirm!
o Have them fill out drawing slip or sign
your 'Contact Me' list…watch what they
check off! This is your chance to date
      and recruit!
